OUR TEAM

The Conference Consultancy Leadership Team have each been managing  events for global organisations both in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors for over 25 years. Recently we have been delivering a diverse range of virtual events, several requiring multilingual translation of recorded content into Spanish, Mandarin and others. Our proprietary audience engagement technology is enabling participants to receive polls and post questions in over 100 different languages.

Our ethos is centred in going that extra mile for our clients to ensure we deliver excellence whether it be tight turn arounds, last minute requests or indeed, managing the unexpected.

Caroline Mackenzie

Caroline is an experienced PCO with over 30 years’ experience working with medical
associations, patient groups and corporate healthcare organisations. Through this, she has developed specific knowledge and understanding of the evolving needs of medical and life science association sector, as well as the wider changes within the medical and healthcare association and meetings sectors.


She is passionate about the evolution of the association sector, their purpose and value going forward both to members but also their wider societal role. She is especially interested in working with associations to leverage the value they can offer as the catalyst for change and impact to meet the continuing diverse needs of specific communities and the differing needs and challenges across the globe.

Nicola joined The Conference Consultancy in 2020 after completing a Master’s degree in tourism with marketing and events management. Before returning to university, Nicola spent 7 years running a successful translation business, with clients throughout Europe. She speaks French and German fluently and has strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with expertise in copywriting and proofreading. She has sound knowledge of platforms and solutions and takes a keen interest in keeping up to date with developments in marketing and engagement.


Nicola is an Account Manager within The Conference Consultancy team working with various medical and life science focused clients on association, member and event management.

Christine is an Account Manager at The Conference Consultancy and a meetings industry
professional with over 20 years’ experience.


She has extensive experience of meeting and association management gained from working as a
PCO, and within an academic association.


She has managed both federation and member model not for profit organisations as well as
delivering meetings, conferences and congresses, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on
building strong client relationships as well as an understanding of managing the stakeholders and
supply chain that supports this sector.

Christine Graham

David is the most recent member to The Conference Consultancy Leadership Team, having
recently returned to the UK.


David lived and worked in Africa for 25 years, working for a number of commercial and not-for-profit
organisations, including TNT, Capital Radio and the UN, WHO latterly founding and
managing Mandala TV, a leading pan African TV and digital content creation agency. David
brings to the team and to our clients extensive knowledge and understanding in marketing and
digital content creation.
